Once this form is submitted, I will review your application and respond to you - please check your email within 24 hours for confirmation of acceptance. I will then follow up with you to process payment.

This program is a one-time investment of $1,500 (or 3 monthly payments of $597.

Once payment is confirmed, you will get started with a 2-week Orientation period. You will receive access to the learning portal then, which will contain all the program materials.
